1. Subscription Terms
By subscribing to Humanaiz, you agree to be billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you have selected (e.g., monthly or annually) by Circinaut LLC. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. The renewal date is based on the original subscription date.
2. Cancellation Policy
Humanaiz users can cancel their subscription at any time before the next renewal date. Once canceled, access to the subscription services will continue until the end of the current billing period, at which point access will cease. No further payments will be charged once the cancellation is confirmed.
3. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Humanaiz, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription. To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@humanaiz.io. Refunds are processed promptly with no hassle.
4. Modifications to Service and Pricing
Circinaut LLC reserves the right to modify subscription prices or any aspect of the service. Notice of any price change will be provided at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
5. Limitation of Liability
Circinaut LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the use of our services. Users agree to use Humanaiz at their own risk.
